The Spire
Purpose: Work with Real Estate Developers and the City of Denver to create a district around a new building development. Created the brand around the building SPIRE. as the Epicenter of Denver Urban Living
Strategy: We designed the strategic plan to brand SPIRE not just as a high-rise living building, but as the epicenter of cultural living in the Denver community. Through many social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, and a strong blogging strategy we created the experiences consumers loved.
We developed powerful partnerships with restauranteurs, wine makers, designers and artists, to engage the community. One branded platform was InSPIREd Evenings, created for foodies and wine experts to experience the lifestyle at SPIRE.
Outcome: Spire was 85 % occupied after 1st year working with Roni as the Outsourced Social Media Strategist
InSpired Partnerships
Purpose: Partner new restaurant in building (Row 14) with Bike Sharing Company ( B-Cycle )
Strategy: Develop partnerships to engage the community and build the brand and neighborhood. Invited guests to a curated dinner at Row14 and a Bike ride through Downtown Denver. Thus promoting the restaurant and the downtown district.
Outcome: Over 100 people would attend the event per month.
