As director of partnership marketing, Roni led business development for the entire Triple Crown Series consisting of 16 events in extreme sports. Roni was recognized for negotiating deals with major partners including Mountain Dew, SONY, Ford Motor Cars, Rolling Stone Magazine, and G-Shock. Her efforts produced incremental revenue of $16 million. Roni led the development of the negotiations for Hansen’s Beverage Company as sponsors of the Vans Warped Tour.

Vans Triple Crown Series

Purpose: Develop, Nurture and Manage all aspects of the Vans Triple Crown Series. Build this event series as the Top Event Series in the world.

Strategy: Work with Vans C-Suite and 5 Sponsors to develop in depth collaborations including but not limited to: event titles, athelete partnerships, special product creation, consumer experiences, on site mangement & long term TV & Media coverage.

Outcome: Brought in over $16 million in sponsorship dollars for the Vants Triple Crown Series. Built long term relationships with top companies outside the extreme sports industry giving Vans a global presence.

Hansens Beverages & Warped Tour Collaboration

Purpose: Develop long term partnerships with top companies for the Vans Warped Tour.

Strategy: Roni led the development of the negotiations for Hansens’s Beverage Company as sponsors of the Vans Warped Tour.

Outcome: Sponsorship went on for over 15 years.
